That's when the next update to LOTRO comes out, bringing with it the Free to Play option, the LOTRO store, and all kinds of stuff. I've been in the beta, staying mainly in the newb area, messing with the store, and playing a bit with skinning. Let's talk about all the other stuff that might be 'gotchas'.
